  • Position Responsibilities

    IPS is hiring!  We are looking for a talented Corporate Recruiter to join our industry leading Talent Acquisition team at our state-of-the-art corporate headquarters located in Blue Bell, PA.

     

    The Corporate Recruiter will be responsible for supporting IPS' open positions which are a combination of regular full-time staff and contract roles at multiple locations.  Responsibilities may include but are not limited to: updating job description content, candidate sourcing strategies, interview coordination and offer development.  This individual is responsible for developing qualified active and passing candidate pipelines through research, screening and networking practices. They will build relationships and partner with Hiring Managers, Human Resources and Talent Acquisition leadership to continuously enhance the candidate and hiring manager experience while branding IPS as an employer of choice.

     

    Job Duties and Responsibilities

    • Ensures that assigned positions are filled in a timely manner via effective sourcing and the development of a qualified candidate pipeline. 
    • Proactively seeks and evaluates the most qualified candidates (with a strong emphasis on diversity) using a variety of sourcing methods including headhunting, Boolean search strings, competitive intelligence, referrals, LinkedIn, social media, etc. 
    • Continually communicates with hiring managers throughout the entire staffing process.
    • Continually expands networking/sourcing resources and ATS database.
    • The Recruiter will facilitate the interview process, thoroughly screening each candidate to be presented to the hiring manager.
    • Enters requisitions and candidate information into ATS and keeps meticulous records of all contact with both candidates and hiring managers.
    • Specific projects as assigned.

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelors’ Degree is strongly preferred.
    • Minimum 2 years of experience doing either agency full desk, contingent or Corporate Recruiting functions supporting multiple disciplines.
    • Experience recruiting for engineering, validation, architectural or construction disciplines within the life sciences (pharmaceutical/biotech) industries is strongly preferred.
    • Experience with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS {iCIMS, Jobvite, etc.}) and Vendor Management Systems is required.
    • Demonstrated superior work ethic, communication and organization skills are a must.
