  • Position Responsibilities

    IPS- Integrated Project Services is currently looking for a Technical Transfer Lead to support a client in the Somerset, NJ area. This will be a look term assignment that is responsible for technology transfer activities at site level, including scale up or process adaptations. The candidate will support the whole tech transfer process team onsite and will interface with other departments including (Supply Chain, Production, QC, etc.)

    Qualifications & Requirements


    • Review and update Quality Risk Assessment (QRA) prior to transfer
    • Ensure that all the relevant technical information and validation documentation is readily available
    • Define pre-validation and validation strategy i.e. process, cleaning, packaging
    • Support the Validation Expert and the Validation team on creation  of protocals and reports
    • Perform technical feasibility assessment
    • Initiate locate change control system on site
    • Ensure approvals and closures of change controls
    • Support the project team including setting priorities, setting team meeting, and coordinate of activities
    • Write the manufacturing process transfer documentations and ensure timely availability of technical documentation


    • Bs in pharmacy, pharmacuetical technology, chemistry, or the equivalent scientific degree. Master's degree is desired.
    • 3-7 years of experience in pharmacuetical manufacturing
    • Experience with Over the Counter (OTC) or Oral Solid Dosage (OSD)
