  • Position Responsibilities

    IPS is hiring! We are looking for a talented Marketing Sales Enablement Manager to join our industry leading Marketing team at our state-of-the-art corporate headquarters located in Blue Bell, PA


    The role of the Marketing Sales Enablement Manager is as follows:

    • Drive the strategic application of our sales work process on selective pursuits to win work for the company.
    • Collaborate with Business Development and Operations in developing distinctive value propositions that enhance our competitive position and strategically positions us for specific opportunities.
    • Produce compelling case studies, project profiles, website content, infographics, and marketing collateral that portrays the three pillars of the organization: our knowledge, skill, and passion.
    • Support management and analysis of CRM and lead generation lists.

    Specific job activities include (but are not limited to):

    • Works closely with Proposals Team to produce targeted marketing collateral for specific opportunities, including project profiles, presentation materials, and infographicsto enhance our value proposition. (30%)
    • Liaises with the Marketing and Communication Team on the development of press releases, external/internal project-related communications, including website content, case studies/success stories, and qualification packages. (30%)
    • Supports Business Developers and Operations teams in pursuit of key opportunities, i.e., client, competitor and market research, development of opportunity strategy plans, participation in Account Team meetings, support in the development of Executive Summaries. (20%)
    • Works closely with Business Developers in the development of strategic client presentations. (20%)

    Qualifications & Requirements

    • Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communication, business or equivalent experience.
    • A minimum of five years of experience in a professional services marketing role, preferably in the AEC industry.
    • Strong interpersonal skills with a track record of collaboration and teamwork.
    • Excellent verbal, written and presentation communication skills required.
    • Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite, Microsoft Office Suite, CRM, and Marketing Analytics.
    • Website development/management a plus.
